At Roundhill Furniture, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure your home furnishing experience is seamless and satisfactory from delivery to assembly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labels

  Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the box; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
